TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: 2 October 2026

OVERVIEW

This website and online store are operated by Mansfield Canine Centre Ltd, trading as Mansfield Canine Raw Store & Pet Supplies. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mansfield Canine Centre Ltd.

Our online store, including its information, content, features, tools and products, is referred to in these Terms as the “Online Store”. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate the Online Store.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referred to in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when you access the Online Store or purchase goods from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Online Store. By accessing the Online Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy:

https://shop.mansfieldcaninecentre.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Online Store.

These Terms apply to goods purchased through our Online Store. They do not apply to appointments, sessions or other services booked directly with Mansfield Canine Centre, which may be subject to separate booking terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 2 – ACCESS TO THE ONLINE STORE AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You must use the Online Store only for lawful purposes.

If you create a customer account or provide information when placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity undertaken through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission.

You must not transfer, sell, assign or license your customer account to another person.

We may restrict, suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the Online Store where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, suspected misuse or legal compliance.

SECTION 3 – OUR PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, sizes, weights and other information displayed in the Online Store are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary from the images shown, including where a manufacturer changes its packaging. Display settings may also affect how colours appear on your device.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the nature, quality or use of a product will not make the product defective. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We may withdraw, replace or discontinue products and may reasonably limit the quantity of a product that a customer may purchase.

Food, treats, supplements and other animal products must be stored, handled and used in accordance with their packaging, product description and any manufacturer instructions. Product information is not veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your animal’s health, allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified veterinary professional before using the product.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your animal, taking account of its age, size, health, chewing habits and dietary needs. Animals should be supervised where appropriate when using treats, chews, toys and accessories.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the goods in your basket in accordance with these Terms.

After you place an order, we may send an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or, if earlier, when we prepare or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. Reasons may include:

• The product is unavailable
• We cannot authorise your payment
• We identify an error in the product description or price
• We cannot fulfil the selected delivery or collection method
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale
• The order breaches a purchasing restriction displayed in the Online Store

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been prepared, dispatched or made ready for collection. Your statutory cancellation rights are explained in Section 9.

Orders are intended for personal or household use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You must not purchase products from the Online Store for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and promotions may change without notice. The price payable will normally be the price displayed when you place the order.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order. You may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the affected item. We will not be required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised.

Prices and promotions in the Online Store may differ from those available at our physical premises or through other sales channels.

You must provide current and accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted. Payment services may be provided by Shopify or another payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

Available delivery options, charges and estimated timescales will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree that a particular date or time is essential. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated period and, unless a different period has been agreed, within 30 days after the contract is formed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain your available options. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding late or failed delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable where it is reasonable and lawful for us to charge them.

Goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have identified to receive them. If you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered or named by us, risk may pass when we give the goods to that carrier.

You should inspect delivered goods as soon as reasonably possible and contact us promptly if anything is missing, damaged, spoiled, thawed where it should have remained frozen, or otherwise incorrect. This request for prompt notification does not reduce your statutory rights.

Some products, including frozen or temperature-sensitive goods, may be available only within specified delivery areas or through collection. Any restrictions will be displayed in the Online Store or during checkout.

SECTION 7 – COLLECTION

Where collection is available, the collection location and relevant instructions will be shown during checkout or in your confirmation message.

Please wait until we notify you that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

We may ask for your order confirmation, name or suitable identification before releasing an order.

You should collect your order within the period communicated to you. If you cannot collect it within that period, please contact us promptly.

For frozen, chilled, perishable or temperature-sensitive products, you are responsible for suitable transportation and prompt storage after collection.

If an order is not collected within a reasonable period, we will attempt to contact you. We may cancel the order and refund you, less any reasonable costs or reductions in value that we are legally permitted to deduct, particularly where perishable goods can no longer be resold.

Risk in collected goods passes to you when you, or a person authorised by you, takes physical possession of them.

SECTION 8 – GOODS THAT ARE FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any particular purpose that you made known to us and that we agreed they were suitable for.

If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may have legal rights including rejection, repair, replacement or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances and the time that has passed.

Please contact us using the details in Section 25 and provide your order information and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess damage or faults, but requesting them does not limit your legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

SECTION 9 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available at:

https://shop.mansfieldcaninecentre.co.uk/policies/refund-policy

For most goods purchased online, consumers have the right to cancel without giving a reason. The cancellation period usually ends 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

If one order contains goods delivered separately, the cancellation period normally begins when the final item is received.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly tell us before the cancellation period expires. You may contact us by email, telephone or post using the details in Section 25.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must normally return the goods within 14 days. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or our policy states otherwise, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. You may examine goods as you would reasonably be able to in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from a refund if your handling has reduced their value beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where the right to cancel applies, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery method may not be refundable. Refunds will be made within the timescales required by law and normally using the original payment method.

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain goods, including:

• Goods that
