How monthly memberships work
You pay when you join, then automatically each month until cancelled. Your visit allowance refreshes on renewal and unused visits do not carry over. To cancel, use the link in your subscription payment email before your next renewal.
Soft Play Club includes one dog: additional dogs cost £2 each per visit, payable on the day, with a maximum of 10 dogs in total. Adventure Club includes one dog for each activity; additional dogs are charged at the usual service rate within normal limits. Please let us know how many are coming.
For Fun Swim Club, contact us before booking to bring more than two dogs; usual extra-dog charges apply, with a maximum of four dogs. Professional members should contact us before adding extra dogs to Soft Play at the usual rate. Professional Enrichment visits are limited to four dogs.
Booking your included visits is easy
- Choose and purchase your package or membership online.
- Save your purchase confirmation email and click Schedule to book. Your personal link applies your code and shows the eligible booking options, including any private member or block-booking options hidden from the main service list.
- Choose an available time, complete the booking questions and look out for your separate appointment confirmation.
Bookmark your personal booking link or keep the email somewhere easy to find. Members can also use Book your member visits in their membership payment email.
All visits are subject to availability and the usual service terms. A package or membership does not reserve a regular time automatically. Savings compare the included visits with standard separate bookings; extra dogs and add-ons are charged separately.
